Carriacou Villas - Terms & Conditions
Carribak Enterprises Ltd takes the full responsibility for the correctness of all descriptions of the accommodations, in this web site only.
Bookings:
To confirm a booking the client is required to pay a 50% deposit (for bookings of 1 week or more or 100% for less than 1 week) payable to Carribak Enterprises, either by Credit Card (VISA & MasterCard only), money order, travelers cheques or any other means deemed acceptable by management. Carribak Enterprise guarantees, upon receipt of said deposit, to honour the booking. A 4.5 % processing charge will be added to all Credit card payments. Prices are per property as determined by Carribak Enterprise management and as stated in the description on the website. Carribak Enterprises reserves the right to change accommodation fees without notice. However Carribak Enterprises will not alter prices already agreed to, once having received said agreed deposit.
Receipt of the agreed deposit will be seen as finalizing and acceptance of the agreement between Carribak Enterprises and the Client. US$ cash and other major currencies will be accepted and exchanged at the rate determined by Carribak Enterprises management and will include a nominal handling fee. There will be no charges or handling fees for (EC$ cash) Grenada's accepted national currency.
A 10% Service charge will be added to all bills (accommodation, food and other services rendered.) Government Consumption Tax will be added to all bills. (this currently stands at 8% for all Villa Rentals.
Optional Guest Services :
Guest Services - Meet and Greet Extra (This is in addition to normal meet & greet )
From $75.00 EC per hour (minimum 2 hours per rental)
• Includes guest pick-up and delivery to villa (taxi fares etc), guest orientation in villa, key master services and guest pick-up and drop-off .
Guest Services – Personal Assistance with Tasks
From $50.00 EC Flat Rate
• this may include provisioning for the villa, making special bookings, car rental reservations and return of vehicle upon departures.
Guest Services - Special Activities
Varied Pricing, plus expenses where applicable
This may include Sailing Day Trips, Island Tours, Fishing Expeditions, Personal Care Services, Sunset Beach BBQ's, Diving Trips and Moonlight Excursions. Ask our staff for more details.
Guest Services- Maid Service
A daily Maid service is availible if required. Otherwise the maid will visit normally once a week, if required. Maid service is charged at US$20 per day.
Please notify us if maid service is NOT required.
Cancellation Policy:
We regret that for cancellations less than 30 DAYS prior to stay, the deposit is non-refundable. Please note the 30 DAYS notice also applies to any reduction in the number of nights you have committed to stay. No refunds or adjustments after arrival.
Carribak Enterprises will not be held liable for any Airline, Tour Operator or any other company's cancellations, failures or other, that is beyond our control.
Please contact your Airlines for any re-funds due to Airline failure.
Deposits paid before any airline failure to provide a service, in any way, will follow our normal cancellation policy.
'No Shows' and early departures are subject to full payment for all nights reserved.
Other:
Carribak Enterprises take no responsibility for any personal effects lost, stolen or damaged whilst on or not on the property provided they are not in management’s safe keeping. Valuable personal effects can be kept by management for safe keeping. Carribak Enterprises accepts no responsibility for any accident, injury or otherwise discomfort arriving during, before or after the stay, due to complete negligence on our part or any other and no sufficient warnings, advice or other are deemed to have been given either verbally or in writing about the place or elsewhere including on this web site.
Rates and Tariffs:
Price adjustments because of changes in rates reserved and currency exchange rates. Transfers: The transfers refer only to travel between airport-hotel-airport on the Caribbean islands. Once having sent confirmation of booking and or having sent a deposit the client, accepts these terms and conditions, wholly. These terms and conditions shall be readily available for all to read on our web site www.carriacouvillas.com
Carribak Enterprises reserves the right to amend and or up-date these conditions without warning.
These Terms and conditions override any other material written or otherwise as this is the only correct and up to date copy of our Terms and Conditions.
